Annual Assessments for fiscal year October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026 are due. Statements were mailed to the address on file.

As voted in the Annual POA Meeting on August 9, 2025 by a vote of residents and the Board of Directors meeting, assessments are calculated for the 2025-2026 fiscal year in the following manner:
$165.00 per lot for primary lot & an additional $65 for each adjacent lot and/or directly across the street lot(s) when owned by the same property owner.
Example single lot – Primary lot – $165
Example two adjacent lots – Primary lot – $165 + secondary adjacent lot is an $65 for a total of $230.
Example three adjacent lots – Primary lot – $165 + second and third adjacent lots are an additional $65 per lot for a total assessment of $295.

Recent News
- DO NOT THROW ANY APPLIANCES IN ANY OF THE DUMPSTERS.
- Nothing with refrigerant (Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, etc…)!!
- No large furniture such as couches, chairs, mattresses are to be dumped at the dumpsters at any time. These need to be taken directly to the Eustace or Malakoff waste transfer sites.
- If caught, the POA will assess fines and any costs incurred for disposing the illegally dumped items and report the illegal dumping to the Henderson County Fire Marshall.

Please do not overfill any of the dumpsters. The trash company will not haul the bins if the trash is over the top. Also make sure all boxes are broken down as to fit better in the bins so there is room for additional trash.
