Assessments have been delayed in their mailing this year.
Due to the amount of accounting work done over the last year to straighten accounts, deal with the large influx of real estate transactions the recent boom created in our subdivision, conducting the audit, and reconciling the bank accounts, we have had to do more updates to the Quickbooks accounting program than time has allowed. We are diligently working on getting them out to you. The time frames for when they are due and considered late will be pushed out to correlate with the issuance of the assessment letter.
In order to prevent the accounting nightmare that has finally been resolved, the Board of Directors have addressed issues to prevent this scenario from occuring again.
1. As voted in the September Board of Directors meeting, assessments will be calculated this year in the following manner:
$125.00 per lot.
Example: take the number of lots owned times 125 and that will be the total assessments owed.
125(x)= Total
125(1)= $125
125(5)= $625
2. We can now take credit card/debit card transactions in person or over the phone. There will be a 3% processing fee for this type of transaction.
3. We can send out statements via email and you can pay through a link on the email. If you choose this option, you will need to call the office and update your account with a valid email and can be reached number. Also, if you choose this option, we will waive the 3% processing fee.
4. As always, we can accept checks but NO cash.

Please do not overfill any of the dumpsters. The trash company will not haul the bins if the trash is over the top. Also make sure all boxes are broken down as to fit better in the bins so there is room for additional trash.

If you are tired of the way our community is being treated, plan on going to one or more of the meetings and speaking up.
Our Board of Directors is currently trying to plan a group trip to a meeting to speak our minds.
Check back here to find out when we are going. A show of numbers will allow them to see we are serious.
