Recent News

Due to the large amounts of additional household trash generated during the holiday weekends, the POA Board of Directors have approved to place a 30 yard dumpster/container out by the other dumpsters (for Hidden Hills Harbor use only) on the following dates:
Memorial Day 5/25/23 to 5/30/23
July Fourth 6/29/23 to 7/5/23
Labor Day 8/31/23 to 9/5/23
Thanksgiving 11/20/23 to 11/28/23
Christmas/New Years 12/22/23 to 12/29/23
 
  • DO NOT THROW ANY APPLIANCES IN ANY OF THE DUMPSTERS. 
  • Nothing with refrigerant (Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, etc…)!! 
  • No large furniture such as couches, chairs, mattresses are to be dumped at the dumpsters at any time. These need to be taken directly to the Eustace or Malakoff waste transfer sites.
  • If caught, the POA will assess fines and any costs incurred for disposing the illegally dumped items and report the illegal dumping to the Henderson County Fire Marshall.

Please do not overfill any of the dumpsters. The trash company will not haul the bins if the trash is over the top. Also make sure all boxes are broken down as to fit better in the bins so there is room for additional trash. 
 
This will also be a good opportunity to do some property clean up.

Our Board of Directors is currently trying to plan a group trip to a meeting to speak our minds.
